International Trade

In 1999, the company was established to undertake the clothing import and export trade business of Shidai Group and implement integrated operation of trade and industry.
In 2000, it listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2000 (Stock Code: 600241)
In 2009, the company established communication and cooperation with more than 20 countries and regions, became OEM for more than 30 internationally renowned brands, and achieved an average annual trade amount of $300 million.

Real estate development

In 2004, invested in Shenyang and participated in the cooperative business operation of real estate development business.
In 2008, took over the real estate development business of Wanheng Group, ranked among the top 10 in Shenyang real estate industry in terms of comprehensive strength, and became a well-known real estate brand in the region.
In 2009, entered the field of tourism real estate and took over bid for the largest German tourism real estate investment project in China, "Dalian Rhine Coast Resort Co., Ltd.".

In 2015, buy up 100% stock rights of Union Suppo Battery (Liaoning) Co., Ltd., which has been deeply involved in the nickel-hydrogen battery field for many years, and officially entered into the new energy field.
In 2015, Union Lithplus Energy (Liaoning) Corp. was established, holding 70% of the shares.
In 2016, with the approval of the provincial government, invested 800 million yuan in the Liaoning Laser Industrial Park of Anshan High-tech Zone to set up the Lithplus high-energy lithium-ion power battery project.
In 2019, Union Lithplus Energy (Liaoning) Corp. completed the construction of two automated production lines and achieved sales goals.
In 2021, Union Lithplus Energy (Liaoning) Corp. achieved profitability.
